Production and shipping

Every poster is made to order. Route posters: a preview within 3–5 business days of receiving your files, then 4–6 business days to print and deliver after you approve. Finisher posters: a proof within 24–48 hours, then 3–5 business days after approval. Digital files are delivered by email after approval and nothing ships.

Shipping is free within the United States. Prints are produced at a partner studio in the US and shipped rolled in a protective tube; framed prints ship boxed. We don't ship outside the US from this store yet — email us for a quote.

Returns and reprints

Because each print is personalized, we can't accept returns or exchanges. That's why nothing is printed until you approve the preview. If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email a photo to hello@aelo.store within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it at no cost.

Privacy

To make your poster we collect the details you type in the order form and the race files or links you send. We use them only to design, proof and produce your order, and to contact you about it. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. We keep order details and files for 12 months so we can reprint if needed, then delete them. We don't sell or share your data with anyone except the services needed to fulfil your order (Stripe for payment, our print partner for production, our email provider for proofs).

If you subscribe to updates, we email a few times a year and every message has an unsubscribe link. To see or delete what we hold about you, email hello@aelo.store.

Terms

aelo.store is operated by BDL Trade LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Prices are in US dollars. By placing an order you confirm that the name, times and files you send are yours or that you have permission to use them. AELO is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any race organiser or governing body; we print the place and date of your race, not organisers' brand names.
