Setting it up
Flip the tabs, lift the backing board and the mat out. Lay the frame face down on a towel.
Pin the cap flat in the big window, hang the medal by its ribbon in the tall one, and set the bib and two 4 × 6 photos behind the lower windows.
Backing board in, tabs down, hardware on the wall. About ten minutes, and the only tool is a screwdriver for the wall hanger.
Want the swim cap window for a running race instead? It also takes a folded finisher shirt or a second medal. The layout doesn't care what you raced.
